As of now the athlete only need a good part of running shoes.
Types of spikes we recommand for 12 and under is Mid Distance.
The Max length spike is 1/4
You can attend any of our locations, but confirm practice time
Just talk to your Division Coach regarding any event our athlete would like to try
Cost per athlete per track meet vary $15-30
